• A number of algorithms for successive decoding of block and high accuracy codes in channels with inter pulse interference,

The scientists of PGATI also:
• created the theory of electromagnetic monitoring, on the bases of which there was developed the system of automated forecasting of electromagnetic environment near the objects with radio communication, radio broadcasting and television equipment,
• conducted expertise of a large number of objects in dozens of towns and cities in Russia and CIS countries,
• introduced active and passive means of human and environment protection from harmful influence of electromagnetic fields,
• carried out the comparative analysis of electromagnetic emission rate of artificial and natural occurrence from the point of view of environmental impact,
• developed the probabilistic evaluation method of electromagnetic safety,
• developed suggestions on non threshold electromagnetic emission level rating taking into account ecological criteria,
• developed numerical and analytical approach regarding estimation of stripe geometry and slotted wave guiding structures with multilevel conductors distribution,
• suggested a new class of transmission lines and resonators and developed related mathematical models,
• developed electrodynamic models for planar structures,
• developed new method of signal filtering and signal amplification on the basis of high-temperature superconductors and semiconductors,
• developed new methods of impulse parameter management in neuro structures.
As part of the agreement between the RF and the US governments on provision of safe and reliable terms of transportation, storage and destroying of nuclear weapons, the Laboratory of Scientific and Applied Television (as official executor on agreement with Scientific Research Institution of Atomic Reactors ) performs development and implementation of high information observation plans, technological control and registration using modern achievements in the field of television, technical means of image analysis and processing.

PGATI representatives work in Expert Council of RF Ministry of Education; in Russian National Comity of Non-ionizing Radiation Protection and in other international and national organizations.
ATI includes more than 120 academicians, corresponding members and professors of Russia. PSATI and ATI publish research and technology journal “Information Technologies”. PSATI is also co-founder of the journal “Physics of Wave Processes and Radio Engineering systems”.
